Bonestroo is looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Municipal Team in Northern Wisconsin. This position will be based out of the Waupun office with some travel to other offices in the northern Wisconsin area.
Responsibilities of this position include managing a range of engineering projects for municipal clients and preparing design, drawings and specifications for municipal and civil engineering projects. This individual will have a working relationship with clients, such as the Council and Committees, attending meetings, providing advice, and giving presentations. Other duties include mentoring less experienced engineers and staff, communicating with contractors, clients, and citizens regarding detailed project scope, timelines, and other project issues and marketing.
Candidates for this position must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, be a licensed engineer in the state of Wisconsin and have a minimum of 10 years experience in civil/municipal design. Candidates also must have experience working directly with clients. HEC-RAS experience would be a bonus.
