Anticipating total build-out in the near future and having outgrown the existing 2,000-square-foot office space, the City chose Bonestroo to provide full professional design services for its new city hall.

Keeping the City's goals and budget in mind, Bonestroo regularly submitted probable construction cost-estimates. Design and system options for the City were also provided, allowing several items to be bid as add-alternates or deductions.

The new city hall is the centerpiece for the downtown area's redevelopment and helps reinforce the community's identity. It houses city offices and council chambers with additional conference and activity spaces. The council chambers are linked with a multifunctional community space and kitchen.
