Needing to relocate to a larger facility, this design/build project called for a complete interior demolition and the designing and building of a new state of the art manufacturing center.

Teamed with GenCon-Graus Construction, Bonestroo provided design services for a fast track delivery that allowed for a faster than conventional delivery method to meet the owner’s requirements for moving in and plant start-up.

Unforeseen conditions challenged the Owner’s program and budget. Considerable structural challenges with the existing roof and foundation system required rapid design and construction solutions to keep the project moving. Demonstration of design/construction options along with short and long term cost implications helped the Owner make objective decisions.
