We worked for the landowner, development contractor, and the City to provide the necessary subdivision development plans, permits and approvals, exchange of land parcels, road right-of-way, and utility corridors for this environmentally sensitive project. The end result was a premier golf course community on 285 acres of Oak groves, open prairie and marshlands that elevated the development potential of adjacent properties.
