CERes Concepts is a GIS-based, custom application that fairly and accurately assesses farmland. Bonestroo designed the CERes program to enable county assessors to determine crop equivalency ratings by using digital photos, which are geo-referenced to an absolute coordinate base to enhance accuracy.

Allowing users to view different types of data simultaneously and cross-reference information with other data sets saves our clients time and money. Because of its enhanced accuracy, the tool helps farmers receive a fair assessment and creates a win-win situation for all parties.
