An up-front, solutions-based analysis process enabled Bonestroo to successfully manage site constraints posed by the location of this $10.5 million aquatic center. The result was an overall positive working relationship, and an aquatic destination that caters to people of all ages.

Featuring four separate water bodies, the aquatic center is nestled among a residential neighborhood, wetland, and stream. A unique amenity is a lazy river flowing through the site, offering a soothing method of relaxation.

Bonestroo provided aquatic design, site design, and overall project management. All parties were continually involved throughout the complex permitting and approval process.
